This is a full-time Electrician role onsite in Elko, NV. The Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance, repair, and installation duties. They will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and using their electrical knowledge to identify and solve problems. The role also involves following safety protocols and ensuring that all work meets safety standards.
Requirements:
- Electricity and Electrical Work skills
- Maintenance and Repair skills in the electrical field
- Troubleshooting abilities to identify and diagnose problems
- Electrical Engineering knowledge to analyze and interpret technical schematics and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience in the mining or industrial sector is a plus
- Completion of a certified electrician or electrical engineering programÂ

- Must have tools in accordance to AMS tooling list

Requirements:
- Any certifications welcomed
- 2 years of Welding Experience preferred
- Current MSHA certification
- Must be able to pass a drug test and adhere to AMS drug and alcohol policies
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be a safe and cautious worker
- Must have tools in accordance to AMS tooling list.
- Valid Drivers license preferred transportation a must
- Must work well with others
- Willing to work out of town for up to 2 weeks at a time

Alternative Maintenance Solutions is a locally owned and operated mining maintenance company. We are looking for 2 HVAC Technicians who are eager to apply their skills and take their career to the next level.
Their main responsabilties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.
Duties Include:
- Removing old systems
- Installing new systems
- Performing routine maintenance
- Training junior team members
- Communicating with clients and customers
- Maintaining equipment
Requirements:
- MSHA is preferred but not required
